Since the instigation of Rikhav Infotech to its peak, from a mere team of 8 to more than 200 employees, the company grew under Ritesh’s leadership. He commenced this organization with a view to provide consumers a superior web experience with inclusion of latest technology available. Ritesh’s love for computers and web began in his early teens, when very few people enjoyed the luxury of experiencing web world in India. Since then, he has been striving to alter the definition of internet by providing innovative, superlative IT Services to the world.

He has over 12 years of experience in back office processing, web designing, IT consulting, and internet marketing. His education in IT too helps him to shape the ladder of this company concretely.

Bhavik took on the responsibility of managing the business operations of Rikhav Infotech in early 2006, and continues to be the crucial pillar of the company. He is in charge of the Search Engine Optimization team, apart from managing the day to day operations of the company. The vision and the term-strategic planning is efficiently carried out by Bhavik. Besides, he has laid a concrete foundation of the company by highlighting on firm and scalable template.

Prior to joining Rikhav Infotech, Bhavik had worked for a leading internet marketing company and was involved in researching markets all across the globe. He performs his duties quite efficiently, and his role in the company is quite versatile.

From search engine optimization to web development to corporate branding, every bit of technology used in projects of Rikhav Infotech is researched, derived and implemented by Mehul Brahmbhatt. He too shares a similar vision to that of Ritesh, of augmenting the online user experience. His acquaintance in internet usability and web designing drives Rikhav Infotech to new heights everyday. The web designing quality and the creativity is handled by Mehul efficiently, and he promises to include innovation in every project he is assigned with.

Being a post graduate in systems and a huge experience of 8 years in similar domain, his expertise in handling technology of the company cannot be doubted.

Bimal Bhatt , Chief Financial Officer

Soon after acquiring a graduate degree in accounts and finance, he started implementing his theoretical knowledge in practical projects, and sharpened his skills for another 7 years. Later, he joined Rikhav Infotech and immediately took over accounting, external reporting, and ledger management. He now takes care of the financial planning of company’s funds, and derives aggressive investment strategies to help Rikhav Infotech grow by leaps and bounds. He is one of the significant cornerstones of the company due to his exceptional leadership quality and incessant, accurate forecast.

Instead of focusing on instant revenue generation, he intends to build up and enhance the competency of Rikhav Infotech. His plans and strategies are based on this belief.

In his role, Bimal defines the financial roadmap of Rikhav Infotech and identifies opportunities that come across the vision of the company. He feels it’s quite significant to develop the competency of the company rather than focusing only on revenue growth. Hence, he supports Ritesh’s idea of developing the overall skills of the team to transform Rikhav Infotech into a company with a difference.

Deepal Shah, Brand Manager

After a 10-year long stint in the successful family business of ball-bearings, Deepal, ironically and eventually found his bearings: he returned to his first love – Advertising, and has never looked back since. Started as a copywriter in a small but reputed agency, over the short period of 5 years, his out-of-the-box thinking has catapulted him to head the creative departments of few of the most dynamic and well-known ad agencies of India: Madison & Hungama to name a few.

He believes that the tea tastes better whenever he’s faced with a creative challenge and he, or at least his brain, won’t rest until he’s cracked the problem and provided a 360 degrees solution which fulfils the AIDA (attention, interest, desire & action) principle of advertising and achieve the desired results. The awards don’t give him so much a high as much as when the client calls to compliment on his work – appreciation is a creative aphrodisiac for him.

To defy 4P’s of marketing, he strongly feels that they mean nothing if the 5th ‘P’ – Passion, is missing. And with passion and passion alone, he, in his capacity as the Brand Manager, vows to lead the young and enthusiastic team of Rikhav Infotech and wow and floor the clients and competitors alike with innovative and sometimes, disruptive thinking. Avinash Singh manages the content developed by several content writers of Rikhav Infotech. With over 10 years of experience in content editing, proof reading, reporting, Quality Control, and process designing, he helps the company to provide IT solutions with a difference.

He knows what works and what doesn’t with major search engines, and he knows how to attract people to a website by exploiting the power of content. In his presence, the quality of content is impeccable, and usually exceeds expectations. A post graduate degree in Information Technology helps to comprehend the domain better and integrate it wit the content he produces.

After completing post graduation in Information Technology, Avinash became a part of Rikhav Infotech as Content Head. However, no one knew he would become an un-detachable element of Rikhav Infotech, as superior leadership abilities and excellent vocabulary defines Avinash Singh.

Tejal Sarvaiya, Content Planning

Post graduate in Management and Computer Science; Tejal has been responsible to groom the finest content writers in the company. Prior to joining Rikhav, she was with Firstsource working for Lloyds TSB, banking process. She is determined and hardworking to get things done by hook or by crook. She has been with the company since its inception in the year 2006. Writing was something she never took seriously but with her creativity and passion for exploring new things, she is now writing several blogs in the world of automotives, health, business and finance. Traveling, reading and music is what she loves the most, driving her passion for knowledge she continues to educate herself in varied fields and fuel the new talents in the company. Currently, she is into Content Planning, identifying different media networking projects in varied niches.

Tejal, knows the pulse of her target audience and is always very keen to give them the best information they might be looking for. “There cannot be compromises in Business” is what she strongly believes in and hence the tough targets. Inspiring as always, full of life, very intuitive in nature, Tejal, boosts the self-confidence of people around her.

Jinal Shah, Creative Head

An internet expert, Jinal Shah, promises to take Rikhav Infotech to the next level by focusing incessantly on creativity. Along with a small team of 10 graphic designers, she transforms a vague idea, image, or thought into concrete, innovative graphics, videos, and designs. Before joining Rikhav Infotech, she worked independently for 6 years, and helped new start-ups drive their businesses on the path of creativity.

The projects handled by Jinal are efficiently executed, and exhibits her intention to challenge and alter existing definition of web creativity. She is now an integral part of Rikhav Infotech, modifying and enhancing user’s online experience.
