Now to generalize and say that controlling the media is the same thing as creating a multimedia presentation or putting down your ideas on paper or computer pages is not quite the same thing. It is, if anything, an exaggeration, but the essence of Chomsky’s statements are true; our opinions are shaped by the media however you choose to look at it.
